Me Time yoga’s beginners class creates a welcoming, relaxing, open space for some me time. It is aimed for those who are new to yoga or for those who want to revisit their yoga fundamentals.

In the 45 minute demonstrated class, Caitlin will slowly introduce you to yoga postures through varying alignment and breathing focused yoga flows. You will leave feeling stretched, energised and relaxed after a small meditation at the end of each class.

Blending elements from hatha, vinyasa, and ashtanga styles, this fusion flow class provides an energising, stress busting midweek movement.

Expect to have your muscles stretched as you relax your mind into a state of calm control. Open to anyone, previous yoga experience is not required but may prove helpful.
