Hi I’m Emma, a seasoned practitioner with over 15 years of experience in counselling and wellbeing. My approach to self-care is both creative and deeply personal, with services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I offer one-to-one sessions as well as group workshops that foster growth, healing, and connection. My aim is to nurture the mind, body, and spirit—drawing on both innovative techniques and the ancient practice of Reiki to create a truly holistic approach to wellbeing.
At the heart of my work is a passion for helping others feel seen, heard, and supported. I strive to create a safe, empathetic space where clients can freely explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. Whether in private sessions or interactive group settings, I’m committed to empowering individuals on their journey toward a healthier, more balanced life.

Group Interaction
One of the most powerful offerings I’ve developed over the years is my interactive meditation groups. Having facilitated these for nearly two years now, I’ve found that they offer so much more than just relaxation (though that’s certainly part of it!). These sessions have become a source of connection, growth, and transformation for many. I’ve watched beautiful friendships form and people begin to truly thrive through regular engagement.
Real Healing
What makes these experiences so impactful is the sense of safety and freedom of expression they allow—whether someone prefers quiet reflection or open sharing is the most exciting part! Science is beginning to catch up with what we’ve long known to be true, these practices support real healing. They have been a pillar of strength in calming dysregulated nervous systems, supporting recovery and providing the tools to live beyond the effects of trauma.
