Booking your next session at Float Space is simple and convenient.

Booking Multiple Services

If you’d like to book more than one service, please add each session to your basket one at a time.
We recommend leaving a 30-minute buffer between appointments to allow time for showering and changing.

Sauna & Floatation Recommendations

If you plan to enjoy both the Infrared Sauna and Floatation Therapy, book your Sauna first.
The gentle heat relaxes your muscles, opens pores, and starts detoxification — ideal preparation for your float.
This order also prevents sweat or heat from disrupting your float session.
Book your sauna one hour before your float (for example, 11 am sauna → 12 pm float).

Floatation & Massage Recommendations

When booking both Floatation and Massage, always schedule your Floatation session first.
Massage oils can affect the float water, so this order keeps the pods clean and ensures the best experience.
It’s also the most relaxing sequence — after floating, your body is calm and ready to enjoy your massage fully.
Book your massage 1.5 hours after the start of your float (for example, 10 am float → 11:30 am massage).

This sequence maximises relaxation, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
