Me Time Yoga Thorne Doncaster offers two weekly small-group yoga classes designed to help you strengthen your body and calm your mind. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Me Time Yoga provides a supportive, relaxing environment where you can breathe, stretch, and unwind.
At Me Time Yoga Thorne Doncaster, each class is intentionally kept small so you receive personalised guidance and space to move comfortably. Yoga instructor Caitlin focuses on building confidence, improving flexibility, and helping you tune into your breath.
Whether you’re hoping to ease tension, build strength, or simply enjoy a peaceful hour away from everyday stress, these classes support both beginners and seasoned yogis.
Because the sessions are held here at Float Space, you also benefit from a calm, spa-like setting designed to help your body and mind fully relax.
