Now you have made your booking here is some information you may need.

You will receive confirmation of your booking via email as well as any relevant forms.
 We require these are signed before you take part in any of the relevant therapies.

When signing waivers you must be certain that all parties will be able to agree to and meet the terms of service. 
We can refuse entry to any therapy without refund, if it arises that someone cannot safely use our facilities.

To check, amend or cancel a booking you can login at any time to your account on the Booking Form or just give us a call, we will be happy to help.

Please note that you cannot amend or cancel within 48 hours of your booking, under 48 hours and we will allow booking changes only, this can only be done by calling or emailing us.  And any cancellations with less than 24hours notice are subject to a full fee cancellation charge at the managers discretion, as per our terms and conditions.
